Accommodations

The Housing Office is located in building 179 on the corner of Brookhaven Avenue and Center Street. Their hours are as follows:

  • Monday - Friday: 8:00 am to 12:00 midnight
  • Saturday: Closed
  • Sunday: 4:00 pm to 12:00 midnight

When the Housing Office is closed, keys may be picked up or dropped off at Police Headquarters located in building 50 on Upton Road. Checkout time is 3:00 p.m. Before departing, you must return your keys to the Housing Office and pay your bill.

Student Housing

Student participants will be housed in dormitory accommodations with a limited number of rooms available for arrival on Saturday, June 5 and departure on Sunday, June 13. These are private rooms with shared bathrooms and shared kitchen facilities. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Ethernet connection, and telephones. Residents may receive calls from anywhere and make on-site or 800 number calls. Prepaid calling cards are required to make off-site calls.

Speaker/Organizer Housing

Speakers and Organizers will be in the Guest House with a limited number of rooms available for arrival on Saturday, June 5 and departure on Sunday, June 13. The Guest House is a hotel-style facility consisting of private rooms equipped with satellite television, Ethernet connection, coffeemaker and two twin size beds. Each room is air-conditioned and has a private bathroom. Telephones are provided in all rooms. Any telephone charges incurred by the guest must be paid for at the Housing Office before departing.
