Participants - We are looking forward to a great summer school. We expect to have about 35 students, and a list of confirmed participants will be available online.

Venue and housing - The 1st Summer School on QCD Spin Physics will be held in the Brookhaven Center, Brookhaven National Laboratory, from June 5-12, 2004. Participants will be housed in the dormitory accommodation. These are private rooms, with shared bathroom and kitchen facilities.

Transportation Information - Participants should plan to arrive on Saturday, June 5, and depart Sunday, June 13. We regret that we will be able to provide financial support for travel only in very exceptional circumstances. This applies to taxis, rental cars, parking, airfare, or similar.

Meals - Meals will be served at the Center, or at nearby Berkner Hall. They begin with dinner Saturday evening, June 5th and end with a continental breakfast, Sunday, June 13th. With advance notice, the kitchen is able to offer vegetarian lunches and entrees. They are also able to accommodate many special diets with advance notification.

Schedule - A tentative program for the school will be available. The school takes place at the Center each day from June 6 to 12, 2004. We also plan also have a few social events.
