• Radiological Worker 1

  • Employees from DOE Facilities

Note: In order to expedite your training, if possible e-mail completed exemption form and attachment to zak@bnl.gov, Bill Zak, 631-344-8124.

Additional training may be required based on the type of work you will be conducting and will be determined by BNL Safety Staff.
