QMO Idea System

The QMO Idea System will enable all QMO staff to act on the problems and opportunities they see. Staff often see problems and opportunities that their managers/supervisors do not. Ideas and opportunities will be logged, tracked, and implemented (as appropriate).

Remember: Ideas should be SLIQ - Simple, Local, Inexpensive, & Quick
