Competitiveness Improvement Project (CIP) Office
|
The Competitiveness Improvement Project (CIP) was developed as part of the Blueprint Portfolio,
and is the formal institutional process for continual improvement of repetitive business processes.
The focus is on providing better service and value by increasing operational effectiveness and efficiency.
Cross functional teams apply a systematic approach using Lean Six Sigma methodology and associated
techniques to analyze problem areas and processes, and implement improvements.
