A bag lunch is being offered to allow all conference attendees to participate in the Open Forum meeting being held on Thursday, June 8.  It is strongly recommended that you take advantage of this opportunity. The fee is $8.75 per person (US dollars).  Payment must be received by May 31.  We apologize, but no reservations can be taken during the meeting. Also, there will be no refunds for cancellations after May 31.

The bag lunch consists of:

  • A sandwich -- choice of one of the following:

     

    • Turkey & pepper jack cheese on a roll
    • Tuna salad on a roll
    • Roast beef & cheddar on a roll
    • Ham & swiss on a roll
    • Chicken salad on a roll
    • Grilled vegetable and fresh mozzarella wrap
      • available with no cheese (Vegetarian)
  • A piece of fruit
  • A bag of chips
  • Two cookies
  • A beverage (choice of either regular soda, diet soda, or bottled water)
