A bag lunch is being offered to allow all conference attendees to participate in the Open Forum meeting being held on Thursday, June 21.  It is strongly recommended that you take advantage of this opportunity. The fee is $9.25 per person (US dollars).  Payment must be received by June 13.  We apologize, but no reservations can be taken during the meeting. Also, there will be no refunds for cancellations after June 13.

The bag lunch consists of:

• A sandwich -- choice of one of the following:
  • All American (sliced ham, swiss cheese with lettuce and tomato)
  • Beef Lovers (sliced roast beef, provolone cheese, lettuce and tomato on a roll)
  • Roast Turkey (turkey breast, monterey jack cheese, lettuce and tomato on a roll)
  • Vegetarian Milano (roasted vegetables, leaf lettuce, balsamic vinaigrette in a wrap)
  • Turkey Club (turkey breast, crisp bacon, lettuce and tomato on a roll)
  • Tuna salad (homemade tuna salad, leaf lettuce, julienne carrots and tomato in a wrap)
  • Chicken salad (homemade chicken salad with lettuce and tomato on whole wheat bread)

• A piece of fruit -- choice of one of the following:
  • apple
  • banana
  • orange
• A bag of chips
• Cookies
• A beverage (choice of either regular soda, diet soda, or bottled water)
• Condiments (mayonnaise/mustard)
