Spectrum Management Program

The purpose of this site is to promote and publicize Spectrum Management, which is a critically important program in the Department of Energy (DOE) and hence Brookhaven National Laboratory (BNL). The Spectrum Management Program manages the licensed use of the electromagnetic spectrum in support of every business line in DOE. DOE, Office of Science One of ten national laboratories overseen and primarily funded by the Office of Science of the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE), Brookhaven National Laboratory conducts research in the physical, biomedical, and environmental sciences, as well as in energy technologies and national security.
