A reception for summer visitors is planned for Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at the Brookhaven Center. The Reception will be held from 5:15 pm - 7:30 pm. We hope to welcome as many of our summer visitors as possible.

Please have your office provide an invitation list for all summer visitors, guests, students, etc., who are involved in scientific programs and are expected to be in residence at that time.

Also included should be those members of your Department/Division who are the hosts to the visitors or who work closely with them in some technical capacity. Please impress to these hosts that this is part of their responsibility and every attempt should be made to ensure that each guest finds at least one familiar face at the reception.

Linda Jones of the Fiscal Services Division (Bldg. 400A) will organize the reception. Please send your list to her by Thursday, June 18, 2009. Indicate next to each name if a spouse is to be included on the invitation (with given name of spouse) and the complete mailing address for on-site and off-site invitees, along with the necessary designation as to visitor or host attendee. If it's not clear from the given name whether the visitor is male or female, please indicate.

An additional note, please remind your guests that this reception is for ADULTS ONLY. (Please let us know if students under 21 will be attending.)
