About the Estimate

This estimate was undertaken during the last quarter of CY2003. Specific changes from the May 2003 Estimate are:

• Updated Common Costs estimated by CERN in October 2003

• Targets were established in order to meet the projected Agency funding profiles for FY04 and FY05

• Estimates in excess of the Targets were put into Management Reserve

Therefore, the complete estimate for the work required is the sum of the Program Estimate and the Management Reserve Estimate (Program+MR).

Also in this estimate are changes to address the Project Advisory Panel (PAP) and Lehman Reviews

Maintenance Plan

This Maintenance Plan lists the U.S. Deliverables, indicates whether maintenance is required, where required maintenance will be performed, and provides a brief description of the Maintenance. This document is available as a WORD file or .pdf file.
