  • Part 1 can be done on-line.

  • Those that have Radiological Worker Training from another DOE Facility (JTA Code = AD-951)

    • Complete Training Exemption Form - Employees from DOE Facilities - fax completed form along with a copy of your certificate to 631-344-8686 for reciprocity.  Then take the Challenge exam - Click here for study guide.

  •  Those not trained will need to sign up for the classroom session after taking Part 1.  Please see schedule.  (JTA Code = AD-950)
