Last Modified:
It is not necessary to manually add the Last Modified Date at the bottom of your web pages if you are using the Standard BNL Templates. Each web page template has hidden code that will always display the last modified date after the file has been saved. When you open your web page in FrontPage or SharePoint Designer you will not see any date next to the "Last Modified:" text. You will however see it when your web page is displayed in a browser, see the examples below.

Author Email Address:
It is not necessary to manually add a Web Author Email Address at the bottom of your web pages if you are using the Standard BNL Templates. Each web page template should have hidden code that will display the primary web author for this website. If it does not, please contact Web Services and they will add this code to your existing templates.

Please note, When you open your web page in FrontPage or SharePoint Designer you will not see any web contact email address at the bottom of your web page. For example, "Please forward all questions about this site to: Web Services". You will however see it when your web page is displayed in a browser, see the examples below.
