Brookhaven Lab Guest Registration

Important Notice: Non-U.S. citizens must complete an additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form by March 5, 2024 and be approved in the Brookhaven Lab Guest Information System (GIS) before they can participate in this event. Completing the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form does not automatically register you for this event.

If you have a current Brookhaven Lab guest appointment and a valid Brookhaven National Lab (BNL) Guest Number or BNL Employee Life Number or you have a pending BNL Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to complete the additional BNL Guest Form again.
