The APAA promotes unity and awareness through
educational/cultural/social programs, the annual Asian Pacific
American Heritage Month events, and through discussion of issues
that affect the Asian Pacific American community at BNL.

||Meets periodically to provide information and have
discussions about issues that affect LGBT employees at the

||Retired employees meet and discuss issues concerning retirees benefits, etc.
||Meets monthly; uses club's darkroom facilities for black & white and color processing.
|Chinese Students and Scholars Club (CSSC)
||Meets several times a year to promote and celebrate Chinese culture, play sports and outdoor
activities, and renew friendship among us.
||Teams compete weekly May thru Aug. and hold tournaments at local courses.

||The Hispanic Heritage Group (HHG) aims to raise awareness
and aesthetic appreciation of Hispanic culture at the lab. We
||Promotes the culture of Indian subcontinent through festivals, dances, and concerts.
||Join the Maker Movement. Be empowered to become a confident
creator, inventor or tinkerer who can design and collaborate on
projects. We endeavor to provide mentoring and education for
beginners while challenging more advanced makers. Come share
ideas, concepts, techniques, knowledge and fellowship.
||Promotes enjoyment of motorcycling. Sponsors motorcycle
safety courses. Meets 2nd Thursday of month and location will be

||Meets weekly to play live music, organizes concerts with BNL & local talent, promotes live music
through ethnic diversity and community relations.
|Pokemon Go Walking Club
|Meets at lunchtime & after hours to promote fitness while
trying to catch Pokemon.
|Reiki Community Circle
||Provide the structure for people to incorporate health
enhancing skills in their lives. Weekly meditations and hands-on
healing. Please call for meeting location.
|Rifle & Pistol Club
|Holds shoots year-round at off-site range. No firearms allowed on BNL site. Meetings are held
the 2nd Wednesday of the month in Bldg 535 Conference Room at noon.

|Veterans Association (BVA)
||To support BNL veterans and employees who are faced with the challenges of their loved ones
currently serving in the military.
||The League plays in the gym on Mon & Wed eve, with practice games on Thurs Noon and Sat at 10am.
