Career Advancement in a Research Environment

Motivation

CARE 2015 will focus on career development. The workshop will explore the options available to early-career scientists in addition to the traditional R&D and academic pathways. Invited speakers will describe their career paths and discuss the special requirements and planning involved in achieving their goals. An interactive session will guide participants in developing prototype Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
