If you have a current BNL Appointment and a valid BNL Guest Number or you have a pending BNL Guest Number (GR), it is not necessary to register in Guest Information System (GIS) again.

Important Notice: Non-U.S. citizens must complete an additional GIS form by September 2, 2020 and be approved before they can participate in this event. Participation includes accessing the Laboratory to attend in person or viewing the event remotely (virtual attendance).
Registering in GIS does not automatically register you for this event.

Attendees will not be allowed onsite if their Brookhaven Lab appointment is expired!
Non-U.S. citizens who have an active and up to date Brookhaven Lab appointment, but whose Passport, Visa, or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) documentation have expired must bring their updated paperwork with them.
Upon arrival at BNL, please stop at the security booth. You will be directed to your next location to check in. Please make sure to bring proper identification.
