Abstract: In this talk, I will discuss the interdisciplinary relevance of Lattice Gauge Theories, e.g., in high energy and nuclear physics but also for condensed matter systems with long range entanglement and for topological quantum computation. Their Entanglement Structure is an important tomographic tool and, focusing on experimental implementation I will present recent results obtained with a digital trapped ion quantum computer, where we extract Entanglement Structure through random measurements.
