Important Notice: If you are asked by the event coordinator to complete an additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form, please due so by July 15, 2023. Completing the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form does not automatically register you for this event.
Notice for Non-U.S. citizens
Non-U.S. citizens who have an active and up to date Brookhaven Lab appointment, but whose Passport, Visa, or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) documentation have expired must contact the Guest, User, Visitor (GUV) Center between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, to get their USCIS documentation updated.
