Instructions to the Speakers

To assure a smooth transition between speakers, a centralized laptop computer will be provided by us (both plenary and parallel sessions) to load all the talks before the corresponding sessions start. Therefore, we kindly request all the speakers to submit their talk prior to their presentation, but not later than the day prior to the scheduled talk.

  • We accept the following file formats: PDF or PPT

Submitting Files - Files can be submitted via email to Agnes Mocsy (mocsy@bnl.gov), sending a weblink that points to your talk on the internet, or using a personal memory stick during the workshop. Those speakers who would prefer old-fashioned transparencies are requested to indicate this to us, so that we can provide the necessary projector. In case of compatibility problems we can make an exception and allow the speaker to use their own computer. Thank you for your collaboration.
