U.S. Navy, Antisubmarine Aviation Warfare Operator (AW2)

I often tell people I was a good kid but needed to get my head on straight and that’s what the Navy gave me. I proudly served aboard the U.S.S. Kitty Hawk (CV-63) and then in Patrol Squadron 10 (VP-10). The Navy taught me how to both fail and succeed while remaining humble. After that, I joined the construction industry in a safety capacity. These experiences gave me the distinct set of skills I have today and this enables me to be a trainer here at Brookhaven National Lab.
