How can I transfer files to/from RCF?

For most files, the preferred method is scp to rftpexp.rhic.bnl.gov. 

If you want functionality similar to ftp (i.e. move around in directories), use sftp to rftpexp.  This may be better for large files since it doesn't encrypt them.
