The pictures shown on this page were taken on Thursday May 2, 2002, and show the region between ring 1 and ring 2, which is the region where the new T0 counters will be installed.
N side:
The region between ring 1 and ring 2 on the N side is relatively empty. The stand for the T0 counters can be supported in much the same way as the cover for the ring counters is supported (using the I beams that run parallel to the rails).

P side:
Installation on the P side is more complicated due to the extended enclosure that sits around ring 1. In addition, there is not sufficient space between the end of the current enclosure and the beam-pipe support to event consider putting the T0 counters in thise region.
