Module database

We will establish a database of collaboration standard module instances, distributed as a ROOT file stored in CVS. Standard macros will obtain the instances of macros from this file, making sure that these macros are reproducable and accountable. Standard modules are identified by their classname ( ClassName()) and name (as in GetName()) data members.
