TPhHitArrays

The interface between the online/raw data part of PhAT and the offline/reconstruction code is provided by the TPhHitArray class. The TPhHitArray contains the calibrated charge deposition in individual sensitive Phobos detector elements. For the silicon sensors, one hit array exists per sensor, providing a two-dimensional representation of energy values in GeV deposited in the sensor pixels. This forms the basis for creating containers of individual TPhHit objects representing the coordinates of impact of tracks on the sensors.
