Sponsorship opportunities include the following and must be confirmed by Friday, September 19, 2025.

Specific Sponsorships

• Promotional Event Sponsor ($3500): Company name and logo on program booklet and website, 2 meeting registrations, 2 banquet tickets, exhibitor table, sponsor coffee break, reception bar, or lunch for a workshop.
• Platinum Level ($2500): Company name and logo on program booklet and website, 2 meeting registrations, 2 banquet tickets, exhibitor table, 1 presentation slot.
• Gold Level ($2000): Company name and logo on program booklet and website, and slides during breaks, 2 meeting registrations, 2 banquet tickets, exhibitor table.
• Silver Level ($1000): Company name and logo on program booklet and website, and slides during breaks, 1 meeting registration, 1 banquet ticket.
• Bronze Level ($500): Company name and logo on program booklet and website, and slides during breaks.
