NSLS-II & CFN Users' Meeting

It’s that time of the year: the National Synchrotron Light Source II (NSLS-II) and Center for Functional Nanomaterials (CFN)—two U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Science User Facilities—are hosting the joint users' meeting from May 20 to 22, 2019 at DOE’s Brookhaven National Laboratory in New York State.

The meeting offers scientists from diverse disciplines an opportunity to share their work, discuss new results, and explore the latest advances in experimental capabilities in synchrotron radiation and nanoscale science research.

This year’s meeting offers two plenary sessions and 10 workshops over three days. The workshops cover various scientific disciplines, from advanced manufacturing to macromolecular serial crystallography.

This year’s keynote speakers are Joseph Paul Heremans (Argonne National Laboratory) and Richard Vaia (Air Force Research Laboratory).

Both facilities welcome researchers from all fields and hope you will join us for this opportunity of scientific exchange and discussions.
