The 2009 Users' Meeting will be held from June 1 thru 5, 2009 at Brookhaven National Laboratory. The first two days, Monday and Tuesday, will have workshops on RHIC science, which will run in parallel and will highlight the recent results from RHIC experiments. On Wednesday, June 3rd, there will be a special educational symposium on Accelerator Physics with the goal of enhancing the community's understanding of the field on which we rely. Thursday and Friday will feature plenary sessions with highlight talks on the accomplishments of the RHIC experiments, their future, perspectives from BNL management and the funding agencies and our special guest speaker, George Sterman. The last day of the meeting will include an open forum session of the Users' Executive Committee to present election results, review the committee's activities and discuss user concerns.

The Users' Executive Committee (UEC) welcomes participation in the poster session to be held during this meeting. Awards for the best posters will be presented. In addition, each year prizes are awarded during the plenary session for the most outstanding theses related to research conducted at the RHIC or AGS facilities.

All attendees are invited to join us for a reception and dinner on Thursday evening at Majestic Gardens, Rocky Point, New York.
