On behalf of the NSLS-ll and CFN User Executive Committees, we invite you to participate as an exhibitor of the virtual 2023 NSLS-ll, CFN, and LBMS User Meeting. The meeting will be held on April 24–28, 2023. This year's meeting continues to focus on the exciting new prospects and the continuing excellence of the NSLS-II, CFN, and LBMS User Facilities. The program includes a Plenary session and workshops offering opportunities to learn about the latest developments in synchrotron and nanoscience experimentation. The meeting will also highlight the importance of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI), including energy justice, and promote further cross-disciplinary interactions.

This year’s Exhibit Hall will be held using an interactive online platform, Gather (www.gather.town), a fun online world that approximates the ease of in-person interactions. Within this virtual platform, each exhibitor will have their own booth (limited spots available per exhibitor level), allowing for a great opportunity to directly interact with conference attendees.

Below are some of the features offered to exhibitors:

  • Exhibitors will have the ability to customize their booth according to the company’s brand and logo.
  • Exhibitors will be able to interact with attendees by video or audio by simply having them approach the booth area within the exhibition hall. Text communication is also possible using the chat box.
  • Information can be disseminated through documents or links to external websites/videos.

We encourage Exhibitors to create imaginative ways to interact with the attendees, such as a virtual raffle. Any links to such external resources can be added to the booth space.
