Dynamical Error Reshaping for Dual-Rail Erasure Qubits

Quantum Thursdays: Erasure qubits are designed so that certain quantum errors can be detected, reducing the cost of error correction. But the ancillary qubits needed to operate them introduce noise that offsets these benefits. Edwin Barnes explains new techniques for suppressing this noise.
