Talk Title: India: Virtual Human Initiatives

Anil Srivastava is the president of Open Health Systems Laboratory (OHSL). As a member of the Virtual Human Global Alliance (VHGA) and Digital Twin Consortium (DTC), he has been engaged in the development and deployment of digital twin in life sciences since the very beginning. Working with VHGA members; All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS); Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur (IITKGP); Apollo Research Academy (ARA); and research institutions in the United States and abroad, OHSL is bringing together an open science community of practice to promote the deployment of virtual human in clinical research, treatment, drug development and online clinical trials and development of Virtual Human Open Stack. OHSL's work on Global Pediatric Brain Cancer Network (GPBCN) with Bayer and Duke University is building a platform for early detection of pediatric brain cancer in newborn combining a cohort of digital babies, liquid biopsy and a targeted gene panel.
