"New Limit for KL->π0νν from E391a"

Presented by Jonathan Nix, University of Chicago

Thursday, February 23, 2006, 11:00 am — Small Seminar Room, Bldg. 510

E391a is a dedicated search for the rare kaon decay, KL->π0νν, the "golden mode" for measurement of direct CP violation. The first run of data taking took place in the spring of 2004, with additional runs in the spring and fall of 2005. I will present early results in the analysis of KL->π0νν and related decay modes.
