I present my view on the agreement of hydrodynamic simulations with data on nucleus-nucleus collisions at
RHIC. In particular, I'll make an attempt to identify some
of the open questions, which remain to be addressed before an upper bound on the viscosity to entropy ratio
can be quoted in the compilation of the Particle Data Group.
