"Dirac Magnetic Monopole Pair Production at RHIC"

Presented by Lynn E. Roberts, University of Lincoln

Friday, November 17, 2006, 11:00 am — Small Seminar Room, Bldg. 510

Dirac Magnetic Monopole Pair Production is examined for very high energy Nucleus-Nucleus collisions. To do this we use Drell-Yan mechanism, as well a fireball model. Possible signatures of Dirac Magnetic Monopole Pair Production are also discussed.
