"Measurement of the Angle Beta from the CKM Unitarity Triangle at BaBar"

Presented by Chunhui Chen, University of Maryland

Monday, September 17, 2007, 11:00 am — Small Seminar Room, Bldg. 510

The precise measurement of the angle Beta from the CKM unitarity triangle plays an important role for us to understand the CP violation in the Standard Model, and to test the consistence of the SM. In this talk, I will present the most recent results of the measurement of sin2beta using the decays of B0->ccbar K(*)0 and B0->D(*)+D(*)-, as well as the determination of cos2beta from B0->D*+D*-Ks at BaBar.
