"Viscosity and Elliptic Flow"

Presented by Derek Teaney, Department of Physics & Astronomy at Stony Brook University

Tuesday, November 27, 2007, 11:00 am — Small Seminar Room, Bldg. 510

I will breifly review the status of the drag (and fluctuations) of heavy quarks in AdS/CFT emphasizing unsettled issues. Then I will discuss the drag of Quarkonia. After this I will give a brief summary of viscous hydrodynamics and contrast our work with other recent calculations.
