Physics Colloquium

"Five aspects of dark matter"

Presented by Michel Tytgat, Universite Libre de Bruxelles, Belgium

Tuesday, April 14, 2009, 3:30 pm — Large Seminar Room, Bldg. 510

There is currently much excitement with dark matter, both on the experimental and on the theoretical sides. In this talk, I will try to convey some of this excitement. In particular, I will discuss a selection of aspects of dark matter, that are the core of the current research activity but that, I believe, should be of broad and lasting interest.
