Edward Boyle and Vernon Robertson of JEOL USA Inc. will be give a product demonstration entitled: "Ultra High Resolution FE-SEM JSM-7600F from JEOL".
This (or similar) analytical SEM will be hosted in the CFN in the near future, so come if you think it may help in your scientific projects and consider becoming a CFN User.
