Hybrid perovskites are promising materials for opto-electronic applications. In this talk, I will present my work on hybrid perovskite detectors1 and charge transport investigations in the material.2-3 Specifically, I will discuss temperature dependance of electron and hole mobility in perovskites measured with time-resolved photocurrent time-of-flight technique.2 I will also present scanning photocurrent microscopy results which reveal Schottky barriers at perovskite/metal junctions with different high and low work-function metals.3
