"Introducing PRX Energy: A new journal from the American Physical Society"

Presented by Jacilynn Brant, Ph.D., Managing Editor, PRX Energy, American Physical Society

Friday, March 25, 2022, 11:00 am — Videoconference / Virtual Event (see link below)

PRX Energy is a fully open access journal that publishes high-quality research from all areas of energy science and technology. As the newest journal in the Physical Review portfolio from the American Physical Society (APS), PRX Energy aims to bridge the physics community with the multidisciplinary energy community that spans a range of disciplines from chemistry, biology, materials, and environmental studies to engineering and beyond. PRX Energy continues in the tradition of the Physical Review portfolio as a journal that is shaped by scientists, for scientists. The journal aims to extend the excellence of Physical Review X (PRX) to the multifaceted energy community by publishing research that is outstanding and has lasting impact. This presentation will include an overview of the journals within the Physical Review portfolio, an introduction to PRX Energy, and useful tips on publishing.
