Accountability is building relationships with trust. Accountability is honoring mutual respect. The more openness we can create between teams and leadership, we can increase trust, safety measures, and productivity by 75%, according to research. In this talk, you will learn how leadership accountability plays a significant role in the overall success of an organization meeting its goals, and retaining a talent that is happy in their environment. Learn actionable steps and strategies that can help you as a leader to build a culture of accountability. Following this talk, attendees are invited to join BWIS at its Annual Wine and Cheese Networking Event in Building 734 at 5 p.m.
