Meet the Panelists Trina Bilal: Spearheading initiatives at the U.S. Department of Energy's (DOE) Office of Energy Justice and Equity, Bilal champions the engagement of minority institutions in the energy sector. Warren "Pete" Miller: A Vietnam veteran and a distinguished figure in nuclear energy, engineering, and the civil rights movement, Miller served as Assistant Secretary for Nuclear Energy and is now at Texas A&M University. LaRico Treadwell: A senior chemist at Sandia National Labs, Treadwell is also the leader of E4 Consulting LLC, aiming to elevate minorities in STEM. Moderated by Andrekka "AJ" Lanier: A strategist in organizational development at Lawrence Livermore National Lab, Lanier is an advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, working with individuals and organizations to embrace change and innovation.
