Sarah Assamagan is the creator of the innovative Crossing Cultures & Color Lines (XCCL) model for enhancing communications within working groups and communities differentiated by both diverse cultures and experiences of oppression. This presentation is designed to encourage greater awareness of some of the forms of marginalization and alienation experienced by members of the GLOBE and others in the GLTB (Gay, Lesbian, Transsexual & Bisexual) community.
