Visit the first protype magnets built in industry. The group will see and hear about a prototype magnet girder populated with magnets from the ALBA light source in Barcelona. Ole!
Sample sections of the vacuum system components can be seen as well as the state of the art alignment system to position and alight the magnets' invisible fields to microscopic tolerances.
