FEI and IES are pleased to bring our table top SEM to Brookhaven on Friday July 10th, and again on Sunday July 12th, to demonstrate how this unique fast image SEM performs. Attached is the latest downloadable Phenom brochure. The advantages of this system are images within 30 seconds, ease of use with an intuitive touch screen using FEI's "never lost" navigation system, 24,000X magnification, and small footprint (sits on a desktop).
Specifications are 20-24,000X magnification and 30nm resolution, long life thermionic source, USB 2.0 flash drive, 25 mm diameter X 30 mm high sample size, about 110 pounds, and 90 watts on standby mode.
