The production of right-handed neutrinos is important
for models of baryogenesis through leptogenesis.
Relativistic right-handed neutrinos are produced through 2 -> 2 scattering and nearly collinear 1 <-> 2 emission which involves multiple scattering mediated by soft gauge bosons. I discuss the complete leading order calculation of the production rate.
