Setup of electronic modules and preparation of Sensor Map

To prepare connection map one needs to update and verify several time-dependent configurations. Please follow the procedure carefully before preparing the final map

Configure electronics

Step 1: Configure FEC running parameters, decide which FEC's are being read out  AND Connect and disconnect all the cables between FEC's and Detector "geometrical modules"

Step 2: Generate connection map with new FECs and/or cable connections

• Map creation needs to be done from Portal

Access/Verify configuration information

• List all Geometrical Module assignments
• List of present Mercury parameter setting
• List all existing maps
