If you have a current Brookhaven Lab appointment and a valid Brookhaven Lab Guest Number or you have a pending Brookhaven Lab Guest Registration (GR) Number, it is not necessary to complete Brookhaven Lab Guest Form again.

Important Notice

All remote participants that are non-U.S. citizens who do not have a valid Brookhaven Lab guest appointment must complete a Brookhaven Lab Guest Form by November 9, 2022 and be approved in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS) in order to access this event.

All in-person participants who do not have a valid Brookhaven Lab guest appointment must complete a Brookhaven Lab Guest Form by November 9, 2022 and be approved in the BNL Guest Information System (GIS) if they would like to attend this event.

All in-person participants who are non-U.S. citizens that have a valid and up to date Brookhaven Lab appointment, but whose Passport, Visa, or U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) documentation have expired must bring their updated paperwork with them and check-in at the Guest, User, Visitor (GUV) Center between the hours of 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday to update their USCIS documentation.

Upon arrival at BNL, please go to the GUV Center located in the Research Support Building (Bldg. 400) to check-in. Please make sure to bring proper identification.
