Motivation
The GEOPIXE data analysis workshop will span two days of data analysis training for researchers to learn how to analyze synchrotron X-ray fluorescence data collected using the GEOPIXE software. The workshop will cover data processing using raw data to project quantitative elemental images, as well as using tools for image exploration of multiple elements. Participants will have an opportunity to work with their data, learn how to fit their spectra and perform quality control to generate elemental maps for further image analysis.
