Required Safety Training

These training modules must be completed prior to arrival:

• TQ-GSO (Guest Site Orientation)
• TQ-LYME1 (Lyme Disease & Tick-borne Disease Awareness)
• GE-CYBERSEC (Cyber Security Training)
• HP-IND-220 (Laboratory Standard)
• HP-RCRIGEN3 (Hazardous Waste Generator)
• TQ-RW1-PART1 (RadWorker I Intro - Part 1 Web Course)

During your first week at BNL you will also complete classroom safety training in Radiation Worker 1 (Part 2) and Bench-top Dispersible's. The class will do this training as a group. Successful completion of this radiation training requires taking a short exam at the end with a passing score of 80% or better.
