Meeting Registration

This meeting is not open to the public. All participants must submit a registration form in order to attend.

• Today is Sunday, December 7, 2025.
• General registration is $60 US for in-person attendees.
• Included in registration fee: Coffee breaks only
• Registration closes for U.S. citizens on Monday, December 15, 2025.
• All non-U.S. citizens must complete an additional Brookhaven Lab Guest Form by December 5, 2025 and be approved in the Brookhaven Lab Guest Information System (GIS) before they can participate in this event.. For in-person events, it is advisable not to make travel arrangements until you are approved in the Guest Information System. Completing the Brookhaven Lab Guest Form does not automatically register you for this event. You will be directed to the appropriate form once you have completed the event registration.
• All visitors to the Laboratory must follow the requirements for Identification Documents (ID).

Note: The deadline for submitting a BNL Guest Form has passed. If you were required to complete this form and did not, please contact the meeting coordinator as soon as possible.
